RECON

01

Before the project can launch, it’s essential that a full team is assembled, all decision makers are on board, and logistical details are agreed upon. With everyone on board, a timeline, budget, and estimated scope of work in place, it’s time to move forward.

DEFINE

02

Without knowing precisely what the target outcome for the project is, it’s unlikely that we would arrive at that desired goal. After reaching a comprehensive understanding of your brand, its values, ambitions, and market, we collaboratively define the project outcome, purpose behind the work, what will set it apart from competition, and identifying challenges we may encounter. Agreeing on this framework, we can move forward with confidence into the creative stage of the project.

DESIGN

03

Diving into the design stage, we begin by exploring rough concepts and potential solutions through sketches, mood-boards, and directional stylescapes that capture the intended tone for the work. In an iterative process, we selectively refine design directions, referring back to the strategic direction and testing to ensure its effectiveness, until the final design is complete.

ACTIVATE

04

After the final polish applied, development of any supporting material or branded contend is tackled to set you up with everything needed for a successful launch.
